Abstract
La presente invención proporciona nuevos compuestos de imidazolidinonil aminopirimidina, que se cree tienen uso clínico para el tratamiento de cáncer a través de la inhibición de Plk1. Fórmula I en donde: R1 es aminometilo, (alquilo C1-C3)aminometilo, di(alquilo C1-C2)aminometilo, N-etil-N-metil-amjnometilo, 1-aminoetilo, 1-(( alquilo C1-C2) amino)-etilo, 3,3,3-trifluoro-propilaminometilo, etinilo, 2-hidroxi-etoxi, 2-hidroxietilaminometilo, 2-cianoetilaminometilo, morfolin-4-ilmetilo, metoximetoximetilo, ciclopropilo, 1-azetidinil-metilo, 1-pirrolidinilmetilo o l,3-dioxolan-2-ilo; R2 es hidrógeno o halo; R3 es hidrógeno o halo; siempre que al menos uno de R2 y R3 es hidrógeno; R4 es hidrógeno, metilo o halo; y es un enlace simple que está ya sea presente o ausente, o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos. (ver formula (I)).
