Abstract

Un comprimido multicapa que comprende una primera capa formulada para la liberación instantánea del antagonista del receptor de angiotensina II telmisatán desde una matriz de comprimid de comprimido de disolución, una segunda capa formulada para la liberación instantánea del inhibidor de la enzima convertidora de angiotensina ramipril y opcionalmente un diurético desde una matriz de comprimido de desintegración, y, opcionalmente, una tercera capa formulada para la liberación instantánea de un diurético como hidroclorotiazida desde una matriz de comprimido de desintegración rápida.
