SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,014, dated May 4, 1897. Application filed March 20, 1897. Serial No. 628.533. Term of patent '7 years.

Be it known that I, OSBORNE E. SULLY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Spenoer, in the county of Clay and State of Iowa, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Displayltack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, which represents a perspective view ofa rack constructed in accordance with my design.

Standards A are placed in parallel order and are connected at the top. A bow 13 ap pears as supported by the upper portion of the standards. The base of the device is formed of rods C, crossed in the form of an X, being in a horizontal plane and at a right angle to the standards A. A vertically-disposed arch D is supported by the outer ends of the crossed rods 0, and at each side of the arch and the crossed rods a horizontal skeleton Wing E is formed, which not only connects with the arch, but also with the standards A.
