In the drawing, wherein for the purpose of illustration I have shown the preferred embodiment of my invention, the numeral 5 designates the support bar which is of common design and may be constructed of,

wood, aluminium or other suitable material. The central portion of the support bar 5 is provided with a vertical bore adapted to receive the lower extension of a hook 6, the lower extremity having a nut 7 threadedly mounted thereon to prevent removal of the hook. Mounted upon the sides of the support bar 5 adjacent the hook 6 are two pairs of flange plates 8 provided near the lower extremities. with pointed extensions 9 and having openings 'formed therein for the purpose of permitting retaining screws 10 to be inserted therethrough and secure the same to the support bar.
