P With the general objects in view above outlined, my invention consists in certain novel and peculiar features of construction and combination of parts as hereinafter described and claimed. and in order that it may be fully understood reference is to be 'had to the accompanying drawing in which Figure 1 is a plan view vided with my invention.

The corrugations extend only partway across the bottom of the tub whereby drainage spaces 6 are provided into which the sediment settling in the valleys of the corrugations may drain and run ofi to the drain p1 e.

rom the above description, it will be apparent that l have produced a device of the character described, which possesses all the features enumerated as desirableand while I have illustrated and described the preferred form of my invention, it will be understood that l reserve the right to all changesproperly falling within the spirit and scope of the a pended claims.

Therefore what% claim as new and desire to secure by. Letters Patent is:

1. A bath tub provided with a seat section and a foot section, transversecorrugations cast integrally in the foot section andextending only part wayacross the bottom of the tub, and a drainage section connecting thp) corrugations with the drain pipe of the tu 4 2. A bathtub having transverse corrugai tion cast integrally in its bottom, adrain pipe opening in the bottom of the tub and a drainage section connecting the corrugations with the drain pipe opening.

3. A bath tub provided with means to prevent slipping of the occupant thereof, the

said means being cast as an integral part-of the bottom of the tub to provide a series of closely set .projections and valleys between.
