Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, in particular to devices and methods for external fixation and reposition of bone fragments and can be used at bone fracture treatment. In the device for external multiplate extrafocal fixation for operative treatment of locomotive apparatus not less than four support elements are used as arch segments with different angle blocks: two up to 130°, one up to 90°, one up to 40°, made with the possibility of small element connection with distal big element by 2 bars, and two big support elements are located in fracture area and connetcted by two bars, located at the ends of big elements. The rods are attached to each of elements in distal and proximal fragments at the distance 2- from fracture side, the middle support element is attached to the proximal support element by two bars located at the end of the middle support element, to which proximal rod of proximal fragment is attached. In a method of device mounting the frame is sequentally assembled during bone fragment reposition and rod screwing.
