Abstract

The invention relates to veterinary medicine, particularly to medical instruments, and can be used in veterinary traumatology and orthopedics as an apparatus for closed reduction and external fixation of bone fragments of the pelvis of mammals in osteosynthesis.The apparatus for closed reduction and external fixation of bone fragments of the pelvis of mammals includes a support structure, made in the form of two intermoving arc-like tubes, in the middle and at the end of which are made three slots, in which are placed hinges-clamps, through which pass threaded rods. On each arc-like tube, with the possibility of moving on it is placed a locking block, in which in the center is made a channel for the arc-like tube. Perpendicular to the channel, without crossing it, are made two channels, located at a distance of 1.0…3.0 cm between them, at the same time through the channel, that is nearer to the top of the arc-like tube, passes a hook-shaped rod, and through another channel - the Schanz screw, with bolts locking their position. The hinges-clamps are mounted with the possibility of movement in two mutually perpendicular planes and of rotation around its axes.
