Abstract

The method for transosseous osteosynthesis of the dislocation-fracture of the acromial end of the clavicle comprises the insertion of the wires, the screwed rod and the mounting of the external fixation apparatus. Two screwed rods are inserted into the proximal fragment of the clavicle – into the sternal end and near the fracture line, respectively; one screwed rod is inserted into the acromial process; one screwed rod is inserted into the scapular spine. Following the reposition of the dislocation-fracture, two wires are inserted transarticularly through the fracture area into the proximal fragment of the clavicle. The screwed rods and the wires are fastened in the external fixation apparatus.
