Abstract

A method for the evaluation of effectiveness of use of quinapril in combination with lisinium at experimental arterial hypertension includes blood investigation. The fatty acid composition of lipids of blood plasma of hypertensive rats is determined by means of gas-liquid chromatography, with reveal of changes of content of palmitic, arachidonic fatty acids and the sums of saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids before and after treatment with quinapril in combination with lisinium for two months, with comparison to control, and at normalization of indices the effectiveness of treatment is estimated.
