A method of evaluation of effectiveness of correction of doxorubicin toxic effect in experiment by investigation of rat tissues by means of gas-liquid chromatography, at that the change of palmitic, linolenic and arachidonic fatty acids in tissues of the liver and heart of rats at rubomitsin cardiopathology is determined before and after correction, with comparison to control and at normalization of readings effectiveness of the correction is estimated.
