Disclosed is a method for estimation of efficiency of application of anti-hypertensive preparations at arterial hypertension through blood investigation. One determines fat acid composition of lipids of blood plasma of hypertensive rats by means of gas-liquid chromatography. One reveals changes of content of palmitic, arachidonic fat acids and sum of saturated, unsaturated, poly-unsaturated fat acids before and after treatment with nebivol and prestarium during 2 months, with comparison to control and at normalization of characteristics one estimates efficiency of treatment.
