Abstract
В процессе образования пенистого шлака на ваннах высокохромистых сталей в электропечи, где смесь, которая состоит из оксида металла и углерода, вводят в печь, в шлаке оксид металла восстанавливается углеродом, и газ, который создается в шлаке, образует пузырьки, которые вспенивают шлак, образование газа и тем самым процесс вспенивания должен быть контролированным. Для этого предлагается смесь оксида металла, углерода и носителя железа вводить в виде прессованных частиц и/или сформированных частичек, которые содержат связующее, например окатыши. Путем регулирования свойств, в частности плотности, характеристик и/или сжимания окатышей можно контролировать образование газа по месту, типу и времени.
