Description
Claims (11)
- 금속 산화물과 탄소로 이루어진 혼합물을 노(1)에 도입하고, 슬래그(7) 중에서 탄소에 의해 금속 산화물을 환원시켜 생성되는 가스로 슬래그 중에 기포를 형성하여 슬래그를 거품화하는, 전기 아크로(1)에서 크롬 함량이 높은 용융물(6) 상에 거품 슬래그(7)를 생성하는 방법에 있어서,금속 산화물과 탄소로 이루어진 혼합물을 압축되고/압축되거나 접합제를 갖는 펠릿들과 같은 예비 성형 부재들(8)로서 노에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 예비 성형 부재들(8)의 밀도를 슬래그(7) 중에 부유하도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 예비 성형 부재들(8)의 밀도를 용융물(6)과 슬래그(7)의 상 경계 부근에서 슬래그 중에 부유하도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 예비 성형 부재들(8)의 밀도를 철 캐리어의 첨가에 의해 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비 성형 부재들(8)의 밀도를 그들이 슬래그(7) 중에서 균일하고도 완만하게 붕괴하여 가스 발생이 균일하고도 상대적으로 오랫동안 진행되도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비 성형 부재들(8)의 밀도를 시간상으로 지연되어 붕괴하도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬래그 형성제, 바람직하게는 석회석을 추가로 혼합물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬래그 액화제, 바람직하게는 CaF2를 추가로 혼합물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원제, 바람직하게는 규소 및/또는 알루미늄을 추가로 혼합물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비 성형 부재들(8)을 전기로(1)의 측벽(10) 및/또는 노 덮개(4)를 통해 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비 성형 부재들(8)을 전극(5a 내지 5c)의 열점들 부근 또는 바로 그곳으로 방향을 맞춰 슬래그(7) 중에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
