Abstract
A boiler plant for external use comprises a heat-insulated fire-tube boiler, steel heat exchanger, pressure sensor on feeding branch pipe, combustion chamber to which nozzle of the burner goes in, chimney, re-circulation pump, openings for intake of environmental air, heat-insulation case equipped with jalousie with drives, heat-release ribs, sensor of air temperature, additional pressure sensor. The boiler has additional heating with foamed polystyrene, the steel heat exchanger is insulated with TC Ceramic, additionally a pressure sensor is installed on feeding branch pipe, additionally re-circulation pump between feeding and reversing branch pipes is installed. The boiler in the upper section is provided with heat-release ribs for air heating, sensor of air temperature placed in the case in direct vicinity of the burner device and intended for control of the shutter drives.
