Abstract
Винахід стосується ліофілізованої композиції, що містить трегалозу та ліофілізовані ліпосоми, в які введений біологічно-активний інгредієнт, яка характеризується тим, що даний біологічно-активний інгредієнт має високий ступінь нерозчинності у воді. Масове співвідношення трегалоза/ліпід складає від 1:2 до 2:1 і вся трегалоза додається до вже сформованих ліпосом перед ліофілізацією. Винахід стосується також способу ліофілізації композиції.
