Abstract
Способ получения молоди пищевых улиток семейства Helicidae включает содержание улиток в закрытых или открытых помещениях. В качестве материала используют улиток видов Helix aspersa maxima и Helix aspersa aspersa, кладки которых размещают в емкости со специально подготовленной почвой при температуре 23±1 °С, период инкубации при оптимальных условиях окружающей среды длится от 12 до 18 суток. После выклева улиток переносят в другую емкость с почвой с плотностью посадки 1000 экз./мс дальнейшим подращиванием в течение 2-4 недель с подкормкой молодых улиток измельченным комбикормом, растительностью и овощами.
