Abstract
Спосіб і пристрій для секвестрації діоксиду вуглецю з відпрацьованого газу і його повторного використання як газу, що рециркулює, без ускладнень, пов'язаних з викидами, при цьому спосіб включає - за умови, що джерело газу розділене на технологічний газ і відпрацьований газ - змішування технологічного газу з вуглеводнем і подачу одержаного в результаті сировинного газу в установку риформінгу з метою риформінгу сировинного газу та з метою утворення відновлювального газу; та подачу щонайменше частини відпрацьованого газу до скрубера для очищення від діоксиду вуглецю з метою видалення щонайменше деякої кількості діоксиду вуглецю з відпрацьованого газу та з метою утворення бідного на діоксид вуглецю газу, що змішують з відновлювальним газом. Необов'язково, спосіб також включає подачу щонайменше частини відпрацьованого газу до скрубера для очищення від діоксиду вуглецю з метою видалення щонайменше деякої кількості діоксиду вуглецю з відпрацьованого газу та з метою утворення горючого газу після додавання вуглеводню, який подають в установку риформінгу. Необов'язково, джерело газу та відновлювальний газ пов'язані із процесом прямого відновлення для перетворення оксиду заліза в металеве залізо у відновлювальній печі, що використовує відновлювальний газ, необов'язково після деякої модифікації, і що утворює джерело газу.
