Abstract
本創作之義乳植入物包含一第一囊袋、複數個第二囊袋及複數個第三囊袋;其中,該第一囊袋具有第一外膜及該第一外膜所形成之第一腔室,且該第一腔室之內側具有一穹頂及對應該穹頂之底部;該第二囊袋具有一第二外膜及由該第二外膜所形成之一第二腔室,且該複數個第二囊袋由該穹頂之中心呈放射狀設置於該第一腔室內;及該第三囊袋具有一第三外膜及由該第三外膜所形成之一第三腔室,且該複數個第三囊袋由該穹頂之中心以一成串方式設置於該第一腔室內及該複數個第二囊袋之間。
Description
本創作係關於一種義乳植入物,特別係一種具模組化多腔室之義乳植入物,其具一彈性外大主囊袋包含數個彈性內小各別囊袋之義乳植入系統,結構與動態可模擬同真實乳房。
乳癌為婦女好發性高的腫瘤之一,近年因飲食及生活習慣改變,乳癌發生率也逐年增加。為杜絕癌細胞擴散,部分乳癌患者會選擇進行切除乳房手術,以及乳房重建手術等相關醫療行為。因此,乳房重建手術與其相關醫療需求開始增加並備受重視。
隨著經濟提升及社會風氣的開放,愛美又為人之天性,現代人對於外貌標準更為要求。因此,許多人開始會選擇隆乳,讓身材更為曼妙,且對於乳房美容手術的美感,也隨之提升。
隆乳者會希望隆乳後,乳房外觀與真實乳房無異,可呈現自然狀態,且觸摸感也能相同。真實乳房無論在躺下或站立時,都會呈現自然的水滴狀,運動時的晃動感也富有彈性自然。義乳的觸感會因義乳之材質種類及植入位置而有所差異,通常義乳放置在乳腺下方位置或胸大肌下方位置。
當隆乳失敗時,後遺症會有乳房變硬、義乳位置太高、兩邊乳房大小或高低不一、形狀不自然、義乳填充物漏裂、血腫、細菌感染、義乳下滑、神經損害,甚或乳房內下緣、下緣或外緣隱約摸到義乳袋邊的皺褶等問題。因此,提升隆乳醫療技術已儼然為現代美容醫學的重要項目之一。
為提升隆乳後乳房外觀及觸感,本創作欲提供一種義乳植入物,其可提供與真實乳房相同的外觀及觸感,讓隆乳者於隆乳後有同與生俱來的真實乳房。不同於習知的義乳植入物,本創作之義乳植入物可與隆乳者的身體相容,外觀上具協調性、自然且不失真,觸感佳,且在運動時不會像習知的義乳植入物會有整陀硬梆梆的球體晃動感,一眼即可識出為「假奶」的問題。
是以,本創作提供一種義乳植入物,其包含一第一囊袋、複數個第二囊袋、複數個第三囊袋。該第一囊袋具有第一外膜及該第一外膜所形成之第一腔室,且該第一腔室之內側具有一穹頂及對應該穹頂之底部;該第二囊袋具有一第二外膜及由該第二外膜所形成之一第二腔室,且該複數個第二囊袋由該穹頂之中心呈放射狀設置於該第一腔室內;及該第三囊袋具有一第三外膜及由該第三外膜所形成之一第三腔室,且該複數個第三囊袋由該穹頂之中心以一成串方式設置於該第一腔室內及該複數個第二囊袋之間;其中,該第一腔室、該第二腔室及該第三腔室內充滿一填充物。
於一較佳實施例中,該義乳植入物含有複數個第四囊袋,該第四囊袋具有一第四外膜及由該第四外膜所形成之一第四腔室,且該第四囊袋以隨機方式充滿於該第一腔室之空間。
於一較佳實施例中,每一該第二囊袋係呈類水滴狀,且該類水滴狀之尖端係設置該穹頂之中心,使該類水滴狀之鈍端位於該第一腔室之底部。
於一較佳實施例中,該複數個第三囊袋係以複數條線結構使該複數個第三囊袋串聯。
於一較佳實施例中,該第一外膜、該第二外膜、該第三外膜及該第四外膜為生物相容性材料所形成。
於一較佳實施例中,該填充物為任一或一者以上之選自由食鹽水、矽膠及生物相容性材料所構成之群組。

本創作之優勢在於,習知的義乳植入物僅為一外大囊袋,包含單一均質填充物,當植入進人體乳房時,其偌大的結構會與人體格格不入,產生不協調的外觀,在觸摸時帶有硬梆梆的觸感,且於運動時也無法自然地晃動,而徹底失真。相較之下,本創作之義乳植入物因模擬真實乳房的內部結構,當植入人體乳房時,外觀上可呈現自然協調,在運動時也可自然晃動,觸摸時不會有塊狀、僵硬感並富有彈性,被擠壓時亦可同真實乳房的柔軟度,即改善習知的義乳植入物之缺陷。
有關本創作之詳細說明及技術內容,現就配合圖式說明如下。再者,本創作中之圖式,為說明方便,其比例未必照實際比例繪製,該等圖式及其比例並非用以限制本創作之範圍,在此先行敘明。
以下實施方式不應視為過度地限制本創作。本創作所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者可在不背離本創作之精神或範疇的情況下對本文所討論之實施例進行修改及變化,而仍屬於本創作之範圍。
請參閱圖1,係為人體真實乳房的剖視圖;真實乳房位於人體胸部鄰近於大胸筋76及肋骨79之前側,在外觀上有乳頭71及乳房皮膚72;乳房的內部組織包含乳房懸韌帶73、乳腺則包含乳腺導管74以一放射狀方式分布於如乳房內,乳腺導管74接有乳腺小葉75,而大脂肪77及小脂肪78則以隨意方式分布。該乳房懸韌帶73為支架結構,可撐起真實乳房,該乳腺導管74、該乳腺小葉75、該大脂肪77及該小脂肪78則充滿於真實乳房中,使乳房飽滿柔軟並富有彈性。乳房內部的其餘部位則佈滿神經、血管及淋巴管(圖中未示)。而本創作之義乳植入物係模擬真實乳房之結構。
本創作中,所述的「第一外膜11之外側」係指當植入人體乳房時,對應與人體接觸之面;相反地,所述的「第一外膜11之內側」係指形成對應第一腔室12之面。
請參閱圖2及圖3,係分別為本創作之義乳植入物100的剖視圖及俯視圖;本創作之義乳植入物100包含一第一囊袋1、複數個第二囊袋2、複數個第三囊袋3。該第一囊袋1具有第一外膜11及該第一外膜11所形成之第一腔室12,且該第一腔室12之內側具有一穹頂13及對應該穹頂13之底部;該第二囊袋2具有一第二外膜21及由該第二外膜21所形成之一第二腔室22,且該複數個第二囊袋2由該穹頂13之中心呈放射狀設置於該第一腔室12內;及該第三囊袋3具有一第三外膜31及由該第三外膜31所形成之一第三腔室32,且該複數個第三囊袋3由該穹頂13之中心以一成串方式設置於該第一腔室12內及該複數個第二囊袋2之間;其中,該第一腔室12、該第二腔室22及該第三腔室32內充滿一填充物5。
進一步地,該複數個第三囊袋3係以複數條線結構6使該複數個第三囊袋3串聯。
進一步地,該義乳植入物100含有複數個第四囊袋4,該第四囊袋4具有一第四外膜41及由該第四外膜41所形成之一第四腔室42,且該第四囊袋4以隨機方式充滿於該第一腔室12之空間。
所述的第一囊袋1可為圓盤型狀或淚滴型狀,用於模擬類似真實乳房的外觀形狀。當該義乳植入物100植入於隆乳者的乳房時,該第一囊袋1可使該義乳植入物100呈現出與真實乳房相似的外觀,呈現混然天成的自然表像,不同於習知的義乳植入物呈現球狀而不自然。此外,該第一外膜11的外側可具有絨毛面或光滑面;該絨毛面觸感有同砂紙般的顆粒狀,在植入後可與乳房內部組織多方向性結合,因此減少莢膜攣縮機會,減少隆乳後需按摩的期間,甚至無須按摩;光滑面則係在植入後乳房皮膚比較不易產生皺折,相較於絨毛面,光滑面之觸感比較柔軟並接近真實乳房,當隆乳者運動時可自然波動。亦即,絨毛面或光滑面各有其優勢,可視隆乳者需要而選擇之。
所述的第二囊袋2為類水滴狀,外觀形狀類似於水滴,但不完全與水滴相似,呈長條狀並具有一尖端211及鈍端212,該鈍端212的寬度大於該尖端211,而該類水滴狀之尖端211係設置該穹頂13之中心,使該類水滴狀之鈍端212位於該第一腔室12之底部,用於模擬類似真實乳房中的乳腺(即乳腺導管74和乳腺小葉75),呈輻射及層狀排列分布,該第二囊袋2之大小可為均一(如圖所示)或大小不同(圖中未視)。當該義乳植入物100植入於隆乳者的乳房時,該第二囊袋2可使該義乳植入物100呈現與真實乳房相同的觸感,在觸摸擠壓時會呈現柔軟及平滑曲線的微凹,不同於習知的義乳植入物在觸感上,會使乳房呈現塊狀及繃硬感而不自然。
所述的複數個第三囊袋3係用於模擬類似真實乳房中乳房懸韌帶73,因此較佳係以複數條線結構6串連形成。因此該第三囊袋3之大小可為均一(如圖所示)或大小不同(圖中未視)。當該義乳植入物100植入於隆乳者的乳房時,該複數個第三囊袋3可使該義乳植入物100呈現出與真實乳房相同的立體狀及無鬆弛,在觸摸擠壓時可具有彈性,不同於同習知的義乳植入物在外觀上會有乳房皮膚鬆弛而與隆乳者胸部不相容、不協調的問題,以及觸摸時不具彈性感。
所述的複數個第四囊袋4係用於模擬類似真實乳房中填滿於整個乳房空腔的大脂肪77及小脂肪78,因此該第四囊袋4之大小可為均一(如圖所示)或大小不同(圖中未視)。當該義乳植入物100植入於隆乳者的乳房時,該第四囊袋4可使乳房外觀呈現飽滿感,且觸膜時柔軟並富有彈性。
所述的第一外膜11、第二外膜21、第三外膜31及第四外膜41之材質為矽膠膜、矽凝膠膜或聚丙烯醯胺凝膠,且本創作不限於此等。
所述的線結構6之材料可為通用的生物可相容材料,例如矽聚合物、膠原胜肽、明膠、膠原蛋白、明膠、海藻酸鈉、纖維素、多醣體、甲殼素、聚乳酸、聚乳酸酯或凝膠,且本創作不限於此等。
所述的填充物5之材料可為通用的義乳填充物,包含鹽水、矽膠或生物可相容材料,例如生理食鹽水、果凍矽膠或醫用幾丁糖凝膠等,且本創作不限於此等。此外,該填充物5可視需要地添加其他添加物,包含抗菌劑、消炎劑或黏稠劑,該消炎劑可例如糖皮質激素,該黏稠劑可例如羧甲基纖維素,且本創作不限於此等。
請參閱圖4,係為本創作之義乳植入物100植入真實乳房中的剖視圖之一實施態樣;該義乳植入物100植入真實乳房時,存在於真實乳房之內部結構,可撐起並加大真實乳房,使真實乳房更為美觀。
本創作中,該義乳植入物100在植入胸部時,可由不同皮膚切口進行植入,例如腋下(transaxillary)、乳暈(periareola)、乳下緣(inframmary fold)及肚臍(umbilical)。
本創作中,該義乳植入物100在植入胸部時,有不同植入置放部位,例如腺體下(subglandular)、肌肉下(submuscular)、雙面複合(biplane)。
本創作之義乳植入物因模擬真實乳房的內部結構,當植入真實乳房時,外觀上可呈現自然協調,在運動時也可自然晃動,觸摸時不會有塊狀、僵硬感並富有彈性,被擠壓時亦可同真實乳房的柔軟度,即改善習知的義乳植入物之缺陷。
以上已將本創作做一詳細說明,惟以上所述者,僅惟本創作之一較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本創作實施之範圍,即凡依本創作申請專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本創作之專利涵蓋範圍內。

Claims (12)
- 一種義乳植入物,其包含: 一第一囊袋,具有第一外膜及該第一外膜所形成之第一腔室,且該第一腔室之內側具有一穹頂及對應該穹頂之底部; 複數個第二囊袋,該第二囊袋具有一第二外膜及由該第二外膜所形成之一第二腔室,且該複數個第二囊袋由該穹頂之中心呈放射狀設置於該第一腔室內;及 複數個第三囊袋,該第三囊袋具有一第三外膜及由該第三外膜所形成之一第三腔室,且該複數個第三囊袋由該穹頂之中心以一成串方式設置於該第一腔室內及該複數個第二囊袋之間; 其中;該第一腔室、該第二腔室及該第三腔室內充滿一填充物。
- 如請求項1所述之義乳植入物,其進一步含有複數個第四囊袋,該第四囊袋具有一第四外膜及由該第四外膜所形成之一第四腔室,且該第四囊袋以隨機方式充滿於該第一腔室之空間。
- 如請求項2所述之義乳植入物,其中每一該第二囊袋係呈類水滴狀,且該類水滴狀之尖端係設置該穹頂之中心,使該類水滴狀之鈍端位於該第一腔室之底部。
- 如請求項2所述之義乳植入物,其中該複數個第三囊袋係以複數條線結構使該複數個第三囊袋串聯。
- 如請求項1至4任一項所述之義乳植入物,其中該第一外膜、該第二外膜或該第三外膜為生物相容性材料所形成。
- 如請求項2所述之義乳植入物,其中該第四外膜為生物相容性材料所形成。
- 如請求項1至4任一項所述之義乳植入物,其中該填充物為任一或一者以上之選自由食鹽水、矽膠及生物相容性材料所構成之群組。
- 如請求項7所述之義乳植入物,其中該食鹽水為生理食鹽水。
- 如請求項7所述之義乳植入物,其中該矽膠為果凍矽膠。
- 如請求項1至4任一項所述之義乳植入物,其中該第一囊袋之外觀係呈圓盤型狀或淚滴型狀。
- 如請求項1至4任一項所述之義乳植入物,其中該第一外膜之外側具有絨毛面。
- 如請求項1至4任一項所述之義乳植入物,其中該第一外膜之外側係呈光滑面。
