【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍，外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型，表面上具有10個輪輻、每2個成一對並成星形狀排列跨越在其輪徑表面。該每2個相鄰輪輻朝彼此方向折彎，中間隔著“半橢圓形”的鏤孔且外周圍繞著斜凹緣，而形成一個略呈“花瓣狀”的輪輻組，乍看宛若五個鏤空的花瓣。又，該等輪輻組與輪輻組之間交互地形成一個略呈“漏斗形”的斜凹面，且順勢導向中央一個像狹縫般的中央孔等。整體的構成方式及富有動感的組成，頗能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體的內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部側視時成一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓，其前後端部分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個由內向外擴大的錐形口部，該五個花瓣狀的輪輻組成星形狀排列跨越在該口部上。該每一個輪輻分別在表面最高點形成一個中端折彎、寬度由中心向外圍方向逐漸變寬看起來略呈“ㄑ”字形的平滑脊面，每2個相鄰輪輻之脊面朝彼此相向匹配、中間隔著一個略呈“半橢圓形”的鏤孔，外側端沒入該輪圈外緣的環形邊框上，且沿此鏤孔的周邊圍繞著陡峭的傾斜面，看起來該等輪輻組猶如五個花瓣狀。及，該輪輻組與輪輻組之間交互地形成一個略呈“漏斗形”的斜凹面，且沿該斜凹面中央最低點各形成一個像狹縫般的中央孔等。又，該等輪輻組分別自外圍往中心方向逐漸凹進，內側端匯集成一個低窪略呈“梅花”狀的軸心部，前視時在該軸心部中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔，其外周等距地配置5個沉孔分別位於上述花瓣狀輪輻組的基端，及交互地配置5個小圓孔各自定位於該漏斗形斜凹面的角落上等。如上述之輪箍，整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩，其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the wheel hub to support the tire and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the appearance of the car more prominent and visually appealing.
