Abstract

【物品用途】本新式樣物品，係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。【創作特點】本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍，外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型，表面上具有10個粗輪輻和5個細輪輻並成輻射狀排列跨越在其輪徑表面。其中，每2個粗輪輻彼此鄰接合倂成5對V形輪輻組，且交互地介於該5個細輪輻之間。該等細輪輻表面分別修飾成細長的圓凹面，及該等V形輪輻組左右側對稱地修飾一個格外分明之V字形的凸脊線，且在此凸脊線的外側相對形成一個凹進略呈”柳葉”狀般的凹面等。整體的構成方式及富有動感的組成，頗能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部側視時成一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓，其兩端(即前後端部)分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個有層次之高低階狀的口部，該輪輻部具有10個粗輪輻和5個細輪輻並成輻射狀排列跨越在該口部上，該每一個粗輪輻徑部之寬度分別由中心向徑外方向逐漸變寬，該每一個細輪輻徑部之寬度則由中心向徑外方向逐漸變窄。其中，每2個粗輪輻中間隔著一個略寬的V形中央孔，內側端連接在一起合倂成5對V形輪輻組並交互地介於5個細輪輻之間，且在該等細輪輻的左右側分別形成一個尖銳的三角形鏤孔等。該等細輪輻表面分別修飾成細長的圓凹面，外側端分別沒入輪圈外緣部；及，該等V形輪輻組左右側對稱地修飾一個格外分明之V字形的凸脊線，於此凸脊線的外側相對形成一個凹進略呈”柳葉”狀般的凹面，且外側端各自形成一個封閉的凹緣跨越在輪圈的外緣部上。又，該等粗、細輪輻組分別自外圍往中心方向逐漸凹進，內側端匯集成一個低窪”略呈梅花”狀的軸心部，及在該軸心部中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔。此外，前視時該等細輪輻成星形排列，位在該軸心部的高點，該等V形輪輻組內側端各自圍繞一個沉孔分別介於細輪輻基端之間的角落上，且位在該軸心部的低點等。如上述之輪箍，整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩，其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the wheel hub to support the tire and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the car's appearance more prominent and visually appealing.
