Abstract
【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,配置在汽車後端位於座艙部與後廂部之間的表面鈑件,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種擋泥板的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後擋泥板」之新式樣。本新式樣後擋泥板,;外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型略呈橫臥”ㄐ”字形的主體,其一端設計一個略呈”ㄈ”字形之後側門的框部,從該框部頂部以一律動的曲線向另一端方向形成一個斜背部並止於後廂部,及在該斜背部下方形成一個幾乎截去1/2高度的大型凹部。本體表面上,一條位於高點的脊線段沿後廂頂端向斜背部方向逐漸變淡,另一條交互凸出及凹入的下脊線緊挨著該脊線段下方向後端一個尾燈安裝部的角隅延伸等。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後擋泥板」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個往寬度和高度方向表面延展、深度方向比例相對較小之薄型略呈一橫臥”ㄐ”字形的鈑件主體。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,本體一端形成一個幾乎涵蓋整個高度、略小於1/2寬度的框部,其內側上角隅修飾成小圓角,順勢往下形成一個傾斜律動的邊框及下角隅修飾成大圓角,前視時略呈一”ㄈ”字形用來承接後側門。從該框部頂部以一滑暢律動的曲線向後廂部方向逐漸變低,形成一個斜背部幾乎直達後廂部。本體另一端為低背的鈑金構件,在其端部邊緣上角隅形成一個多角、包含一個略呈”ㄑ”字形邊界之幾何形狀的尾燈安裝部;其表面上一條位於高點的脊線段沿後廂上緣向斜背部方向逐漸變淡,另一條交互凸出及凹入的下脊線位於該脊線段略下方,幾乎橫越該鈑金構件向側邊之尾燈安裝部的角隅延伸,高於該脊線和低於該脊線之上下側則相對內凹,該交互凸出及凹入的脊線顯得格外分明,形成非常動感的外表。又,該鈑金構件下方,即上述ㄈ形框部的相對側形成一個幾乎截去;1/2表面積的大型凹部,於此凹部的內側包含一個圓弧形向外側鼓出的輪弧部,及沿該輪弧部外側修飾一條平行於該輪弧的圓弧形脊線等。在該輪弧部的旁側包含一個幾乎水平的承接部,用來承接一個後保險桿等。再從後視圖觀之,本體背面,在該鈑金構件上形成若干突肋部等。如上述「汽車用後擋泥板」,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後擋泥板」,其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is placed on the surface panel between the seat and trunk at the rear end of the car, and is used for decoration in conjunction with the overall shape of the car, making the car's appearance more prominent and visually appealing. The main features of the new style rear fender include a thin body that is slightly horizontally shaped like a "ㄐ" character, with a rear door frame that is slightly shaped like a "ㄈ" character designed at one end, a slanted back portion that is formed from the top of the frame in a rhythmic curve to the other end and ends at the rear compartment, and a large concave portion that is almost 1/2 of the height is formed below the slanted back portion. On the surface of the body, a ridge line segment at the high point gradually fades along the top of the rear compartment toward the slanted back portion, and another alternately convex and concave lower ridge line extends closely below the ridge line segment toward a corner of a taillight mounting portion at the rear end. The overall contour curve is exquisitely shaped, the lines are smooth and flowing, the style is elegant and fresh, and it is a new style designer with rich visual beauty. As shown in the attached figure, this new style "car rear fender" basically includes a thin plate body that is slightly horizontally shaped like a "ㄐ" with a surface extending in the width and height directions and a relatively small depth ratio. From the three-dimensional view and the front view, one end of the body forms a frame that almost covers the entire height and is slightly less than 1/2 the width. The upper corner of the inner side is decorated with a small rounded corner, and a tilted and rhythmic frame is formed downward, and the lower corner is decorated with a large rounded corner. When viewed from the front, it is slightly shaped like a "ㄈ" to receive the rear door. The top of the frame gradually lowers toward the rear compartment in a smooth and rhythmic curve, forming a diagonal back that almost reaches the rear compartment. The other end of the body is a low-back sheet metal component, and a polygonal taillight mounting portion with a slightly "ㄑ"-shaped boundary is formed at the corner of the edge of the end; a ridge line segment at the high point on the surface gradually fades along the upper edge of the rear compartment toward the diagonal back, and another alternately convex and concave lower ridge line is located slightly below the ridge line segment, almost crossing the sheet metal component to extend to the corner of the taillight mounting portion on the side, and the upper and lower sides higher and lower than the ridge line are relatively concave. The alternately convex and concave ridge lines appear particularly clear, forming a very dynamic appearance. Furthermore, below the sheet metal component, i.e., on the opposite side of the U-shaped frame, a large concave portion is formed which almost cuts off 1/2 of the surface area. The inner side of the concave portion includes a wheel arc portion which bulges outward in an arc shape, and a circular arc ridge line parallel to the wheel arc is decorated along the outer side of the wheel arc portion. A nearly horizontal receiving portion is included on the side of the wheel arc portion, which is used to receive a rear bumper, etc. From the rear view, a number of protruding ribs are formed on the sheet metal component on the back of the body. Like the above-mentioned "automobile rear fender", the overall shape is trendy and full of novel features. ;In summary, this new style "car rear fender" expresses a dynamic originality through neat, flexible and stretched lines. The creative characteristics harmoniously coordinate the visual conditions between the various components to achieve the best effect and overall coordination. The texture modification reflects the exquisite feeling of the shape, etc., all of which actively show the affinity and quality of the product, giving people an elegant, vivid, fresh and comfortable visual impression.
