【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係配置在汽車尾部下緣緩衝防撞用,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種保險桿的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後保險桿」之新式樣。本新式樣後保險桿,外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型、平面方向略呈"U"形狀的主體,其左右側上角隅包含一對向內凹進、向上方突出略呈"梯形"狀的突出部,底端中央部涵蓋大部分寬度形成一個略呈"倒梯形"狀的缺口部。本體表面上,沿該對突出部下緣修飾一道犀利略呈向左右方向拉長之"U"形狀的脊線,下部沿該缺口部上緣修飾一道交互凹入又凸出之水平方向的脊線,及一對狹長平行四邊形的凹部分別配置在該缺口部的上方左右角隅等。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後保險桿」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個沿汽車尾部下緣包圍並介於兩後輪弧之間的薄型、彎曲、平面方向略呈"U"形狀的主體。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,本體上端約總高度1/5之上端部,在其左、右側對稱地形成一對向內凹進、向上方突出且往側面方向延伸略呈"梯形"狀的突出部。一個低凹約總寬度3/5、略成向左右方向拉長之"U"形狀的大型凹部介於該對突出部之間;及,沿該對突出部及凹部下緣修飾一道看起來像往左右方向拉長"U"形狀之稜角稜線格外分明的脊線。本體中端,自該脊線向下方形成一個鼓出又逐漸凹進之柔順滑暢圓凹溝。本體下端在該圓凹溝的下方,沿總高度約1/5處修飾一道交互凹入及凸出之水平方向的脊線並向側面延伸直達端部。又,本體底端中央部涵蓋大部分寬度形成一個略呈"倒梯形"狀的缺口部,用來鑲嵌一個形狀一致成倒梯形狀的裝飾板,及一對狹長平行四邊形的凹部分別配置在該缺口部上方的左右角隅等。從俯視圖觀之,本體平面方向成彎曲狀,其兩端分別以一相當大的圓角朝側面方向彎曲及延伸,看起來略呈一"U"字形狀。再從側視圖觀之,本體兩側對稱地形成一個向外側鼓出之圓弧形的端部,用來與後擋泥板共同構成一個輪弧部,及沿此輪弧部內側修飾一道凸出、平行於圓弧形端部、稜角稜線格外分明的脊線等。如上述之汽車用後保險桿,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後保險桿」,藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is used to cushion the lower edge of the rear of the car and to decorate the overall shape of the car, making the appearance of the car more prominent and visually appealing.
