【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係固定在汽車尾部後廂蓋上用於警示後方來車，同時也是配合汽車整體設計之裝飾用。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種汽車用後燈之裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後燈」之新式樣。本新式樣後燈，係裝設在後廂蓋上屬於後燈組之一部分，係與另一部分裝設在後擋泥板上之後燈匹配成一後燈組，兩者並形成一體化設計；外觀主要特徵呈一平行四邊形輪廓，一端係有角地、另一端則成滑暢圓角化，表面上沿水平方向區分成上端部、中端部及下端部三個區塊，其中，中端部區塊具有一光源，上端部及下端部區塊則產生邊際光源效應。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩，賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後燈」如附圖所示，本體基本上呈水平方向寬度略大於垂直方向高度並朝向一側傾斜，略呈一平行四邊形輪廓。從前視圖看，本體外側端(即圖面之左側)在上方形成一個楔形上角隅及在下方形成一個鈍角下角隅，頂邊高度則往內側方向逐漸變低，在內側端上方形成一個柔順滑暢的上角隅及下方形成一個小圓角。表面上，除了外側端之外沿本體輪廓邊緣形成一個略呈”ㄈ”字形的框部，於該ㄈ字形框部內側沿水平方向區分成上端部、中端部及下端部三個區塊。該上端部區塊表面，沿本體傾斜角度佈設有多數個綿密、凹凸起伏的波浪形表面，用以產生邊際光源效應；該中端部區塊表面，在其中心形成一個與本體形狀一致成行四邊形的透明部，及沿此透明部四周外側佈滿綿密碎花格紋的凹凸表面，用以反射光源；及，該下端部區塊表面，沿水平方向形成有三道圓弧形的突出稜部，及此稜部內側佈滿多數個綿密的螺線紋，用以產生邊際光源效應。本體背部，對應在上述三個區塊的背面形成一個往深度方向突出略呈”ㄈ”字形的框架；及，一個燈座，具有拱形框部對應設置在該中端部之區塊上，該燈座中心之最高點朝向該拱形框部內側伸設有一個圓柱形的燈泡約對應在該透明部的位置上；又，在該燈泡之旁側配置一個強烈突出的螺栓，用來調整該燈泡的角度，及該螺栓的相對側成三點定位一個矩形的變壓器等。如上述之汽車用後燈，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「汽車用後燈」，其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性；創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the rear trunk lid of a car to warn the rear vehicles and is also used as a decoration to match the overall design of the car. From the front view, the outer side of the main body (i.e. the left side of the figure) forms a wedge-shaped upper corner at the top and a blunt lower corner at the bottom, and the top edge height gradually decreases toward the inside, forming a smooth upper corner above the inner side and a small rounded corner at the bottom. On the surface, except for the outer side, a slightly "ㄈ"-shaped frame is formed along the edge of the main body outline, and the inner side of the "ㄈ"-shaped frame is divided into three blocks in the horizontal direction: the upper end, the middle end, and the lower end. The upper end block surface is provided with a plurality of dense, undulating wavy surfaces along the tilt angle of the main body to produce an edge light source effect; the middle end block surface is provided with a transparent portion in the center which is in the same shape as the main body and is provided with a dense embossed lattice pattern of undulating surfaces along the outer sides of the transparent portion to reflect the light source; and the lower end block surface is provided with three arc-shaped protruding ridges along the horizontal direction, and the inner side of the ridges is provided with a plurality of dense spiral patterns to produce an edge light source effect.
