Abstract

【物品用途】本新式樣物品，係固定在汽車後端部之後擋泥鈑上，用於警示後方來車，同時也是配合汽車整體設計之裝飾用。【創作特點】本創作涉及一種汽車用後燈之裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後燈」之新式樣。本新式樣後燈，係配置在後擋泥鈑上屬於後燈組之一部分，並與配置在後廂蓋上之另一部分後燈匹配成一後燈組，兩者成整體化設計。外觀主要特徵，包括一個內側端較高、外側端實質上向側面方向延伸，其下部以一相當大的曲率半徑幾乎截去下角隅，略呈倒”梯形”狀的本體，在表面上沿水平方向區分成四個區塊，包含小燈、方向燈、煞車燈及倒車燈等。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩，賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。本新式樣「汽車用後燈」如附圖所示，本體基本上呈水平方向寬度大於垂直方向高度，且內側端高度大於外側端高度，外側端實質上向本體的側面方向延伸，略呈一梯形狀輪廓。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，本體內側端形成一個幾乎垂直的端部，用來與配置在後廂蓋上之另一部分後燈匹配啣接，其頂部自內側端往外側方向高度逐漸變低，底部約自中端以一相當大的曲率半徑向外側方向幾乎截去下角隅形成一個柔順滑暢的圓弧緣，在外側端交集形成一個尖突的上角隅。本體表面上，沿水平方向由上往下區分成第一、第二、第三及第四等四個區塊，除了第二個區塊為無色透明材料構成之外，其他三個區塊皆由深色透光材料所構成；其中，該第一區塊略呈一梯形狀，於表面上佈設有綿密之垂直方向的花紋；第二區塊呈狹長、幾乎涵蓋整個寬度之梯形狀的無色透明部，及沿此透明部表面佈滿垂直方向綿密的花紋；該第三區塊與第二區塊同寬、高度較高的倒梯形狀，其表面上沿水平方向修飾有四道交互凸出及凹入的起伏表面；及，第四區塊成倒梯形狀，表面上綴飾有綿密之垂直方向的花紋等。從俯視圖觀之，本體平面方向對應在上述四個區塊形成一個往深度方向延伸之不規則、凹凸起伏狀似三角形的燈座部；又，從後視圖觀之，本體背部對應在上述四個區塊的背面分別覆設有大小不等的圓形蓋部等。如上述之汽車用後燈，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。綜上所述，本新式樣「汽車用後燈」，其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性；創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the rear fender at the rear end of the car to warn the rear vehicles and is also used as a decoration to match the overall design of the car.
