Abstract

Tatlandirici olarak kullanilan N-[N-[3-(3-hidroksi-4-metoksifenil)propil] -L-alfa-aspartil]-L-(alfa-metil) fenilalanin 1-metil ester gibi yeni aspartil dipeptid ester türevleri (bunlarin tuzlari da dahil olmak üzere), ve bunlari içeren tatlandirici maddeler, besinler ve benzerleri saglanmaktadir. Klasik ürünlerle karsilastirildiklarinda tatlik dereceleri özellikle mükemmel oldugundan bu türevler düsük kalorili tatlandiricilar olarak yararlidirlar.
