Abstract

Asagidaki formül (I) ile temsil edilen, N-[N-(3,3-dimetilbutil)-L-alfa-aspartil ]-L-fenilalanin 1-metil esterin tuzlari olan dipeptid tadlandiricilar tarif edilmektedir. Formül (I) burada X; CI; HSO4; H2PO3, sitrat, HCO3, furmarat, malat, maleiat, tartarat, asetat, benzoat veya glukonattan tesekkül eden gruptan seçilir. Bu gibi tuzlari ihtiva eden düsük kalorili sivi bir tatlandirici da tarif edilmektedir.
