Description
Способы очистки от сурьмы сурьм нистого свинца, получаемого в результате переработки свинцовых вторичных металлов, например аккумул торного лома, типографских сплавов, свинцовой изгари и т. п. - известны. Обычно указанные вторичные металлы перерабатывают плавкой совместно с рудным сырьем с последующим рафинированием, что осложн ет процесс шахтной плавки и влечет за собой потери металла, увеличива стоимость переработки. Описываемый способ устран ет эти недостатки и дает возможность одновременно с очисткой сурьм нистого свинца получать металлическую сурьму. Это достигаетс тем, что сурьм нисто-свинцовый расплав пропускают через заполненный железными стружками фильтр, нагретый до температуры 700-800°. Способ может быть осуществлен следующим образом. Свинцовые вторичные металлы плав т с небольшой добавкой восстановител дл восстановлени окисных соединений свинца, наход щихс , главным образом, в аккумул торном ломе п свинцовой изгари, после чего сурьм нисто-свинцовый расплав несколько раз пропускают через фильтр, заполненный железными стружками, при температуре 700-800°. Образовавшеес в фильтре сурьм нистое железо удал етс из него путем выплавлени при температуре Г100°. После удалени из фильтра сурьм нистого железа в него добавл етс нова свежа порци л-селезиой стружки. The described method eliminates these disadvantages and makes it possible to produce metallic antimony simultaneously with the purification of antimony lead. This is achieved by passing the antimony-lead melt through a filter filled with iron shavings heated to a temperature of 700-800 °. The method can be carried out as follows. The lead secondary metals are melted with a small addition of a reducing agent to reduce the oxide compounds of lead, which are mainly in battery scrap and lead ash, after which the antimony lead melt is passed several times through a filter filled with iron shavings at a temperature of 700 800 °. The antimony iron formed in the filter is removed from it by melting at a temperature of 100 ° C. After removal of the antimony iron from the filter, a new fresh portion of L-chips is added to it. The subject of the invention is a method for cleaning antimony lead from antimony, characterized in that antimony lead melt is passed through a filter filled with iron shavings, heated to a temperature of 700-800 ° C.
