Abstract

Устройство дл  репозиции переломов костей предплечь  относитс  к медицинской технике и касаетс  травматологии и ортопедии. Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности фиксации конечности в физиологически выгодном положении. Устройство состоит из рамы 1, грудного угора 2, упора плеча в виде кронштейна 3 дл  фиксации локтевого сустава. Оно содержит также кистедержатель 6, состо щий из накладки 7 и шнура 8, винтовой осе вой дистрактор 9, узел поперечной репозиции 10 и элемент креплени  - ремень 11. Лсгле установки руки в устройстве и проведени  дист- ракции и при необхг-ц мости боковой репозиции отлоьжов проводитс  контрольна  рентгенографи  и накладываетс  гипсова  пов зка.
