Abstract

FIELD: metallurgy, heat treatment processes. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminary treatment, of final deformation of a blank and of final heat treatment. The preliminary treatment is being performed by carrying homogenization annealing of an ingot at temperature, being higher, than temperature of complete solubility of γ′-phase (T) by 20-30 C over 4-8 hours; cooling it together with a furnace till temperature of maximum coagulation of particles of g′-phase, then air cooling, hot pressing at temperature of two-phase (γ+γ′) region, corresponding to T, being 40-60 C with deformation degree (65-75)%; measure cutting of the rod, had been produced, and afterpressing the blank in a closed container at temperature T, being 60-80 C, with deformation degree 35-50%. The final deformation degree (75-85)% . The final hardening heat treatment is being performed by preliminary annealing at temperature, corresponding to T, being (100-130) C, air cooling, chilling from a temperature T± 10C with normalized cooling and subsequent aging. Discs, made of such alloys, have enhanced mechanical properties and heat' resistance. EFFECT: enhanced mechanical properties and heat resistance of discs. 4 cl, 1 tbl
