Method of sheet rolled products production provides for smelting of definite chemical composition steel, treatment of metal in ladle, casting in ingot moulds at speed of 0.1 - 0.5 t/s, austenitizing under temperature of 1200 - 1350 C, rolling in blooming mill with relative cogging of 33 - 82 % preliminary deformation with relative cogging of 6 - 90 %, final deformation with relative cogging of 15 - 97 %, thermal treatment of rolled products and its final cooling to temperature of environment. Versions of thermal treatment and cooling of rolled products are described. EFFECT: increased indexes of low-temperature impact ductility and cold-resistance with maintaining previous strength of metal. 9 cl

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к металлургии, конкретнее к производству проката ответственного назначения методом термомеханической обработки. Цель изобретения заключается в повышении показателей низкотемпературной ударной вязкости и хладостойкости при сохранении той же прочности металла. Способ производства листового проката включает выплавку стали определенного химического состава, обработку металла в ковше, разливку в изложницы со скоростью 0,1 - 0,5 т/с, аустенизацию при температуре 1200 - 1350oС, прокатку на блюминге с относительным обжатием 33 - 82%, предварительную деформацию с относительным обжатием 6 - 95%, окончательную деформацию с относительным обжатием 15 - 97%, термообработку проката и его окончательное охлаждение до температуры окружающей среды. Предлагаются варианты термообработки и охлаждения проката.The invention relates to metallurgy, and more particularly to the production of critical rolled products by thermomechanical processing.
