Abstract

FIELD: medical engineering, for recovery of joint function. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis has base 1 to which plates 2 and 3 are connected hinged. They are intended for fixture of base 1 to outside members of anatomic structure of bone. After spare resection of medial and lateral plate of tibia keeping fixture points of ligaments, marking on plates 2 and 3 like on template, the periosteum and after preparation of holes in it for stop 4 and rod 5 and pits for plates 2 and 3 endoprosthesis is fixed stably on tibia by means of stop 4, rod 5 and screw 6. Owing to hinged connection of plate members of fixture to base of endoprosthesis at prosthesis implantation angle position of plates corresponding with individual peculiarity of bone tissue is reached, what reduces traumatology of prosthesis. EFFECT: reduced traumatology owing to decrease of necessary resection of bone tissue. 4 dwg
