Abstract
Изобретение относится к производству огнеупорных хромсодержащих материалов и покрытий. Цель изобретения - повышение огнеупорности. Способ получения огнеупорных материалов для изделий и покрытий включает приготовление шихты из хромсодержащего компонента, 8 - 25 мас.% магния или циркония, или титана, или смеси одного из них с алюминием в эквиатомарном соотношении, или одного сплава из группы: AlMg, AlMg, AlMg, AlMg, TiAl и 0,1 - 50 мас.% по крайней мере одного компонента из группы: песок, периклаз, глина, огнеупорный оксид, огнеупорный хромитопериклазовый или магнезиальный лом или лом алюмохромового катализатора, доменный шлак, соли неорганических кислот из группы: сульфат, хлорид, нитрат магния, нитрат алюминия, фосфаты натрия, силикат натрия, формование и предварительный нагрев до 150 - 800С и термообработку в режиме горения. При этом в качестве хромсодержащего компонента используют по крайней мере один компонент из группы: хромитовая руда, CrO, CrO, сульфат хрома, хроматкальция, бария, магния. Огнеупорность полученных изделий и покрытий 1820 - 2000С. 2 з.п.ф-лы, 1 табл.
