Изобретение относитс  к железнодорожному транспорту, а именно к платформам дл  перевозки колесной и гусеничной техники. Цель изобретени  - повышение автономности транспортного средства путем обеспечени  установки унифицированного пневматического привода. Железнодорожное транспортное средство содержит консольные части 1 рамы, хребтовые балки 2. продольныйбортЗ и продольный борт(ПБ)4, грузовую поворотную площадку 5. опорную балку 6, пневматический цилиндр со штоком (Ш). Консольные части 1 жестко соединены с продольного борта 3 с одной стороны, с другой продольного борта 4 с площадкой 5 шар- нирно установлены на консольные части 1, а на противоположной консольной части 1 шар- нирно установлена опорна  балка 6, взаимодействующа  с площадкой 5, приводимой в движение цилиндр со штоком. 2 ил.
