Abstract
Изобретение относитс к технологии бетонных и железобетонных изделий на шлаковых заполнител х с добавками. Направлено на повышение удобоукладываемости и нерасслаиваемости бетонной смеси, а также прочности бетонов на мелком заполнителе из гранулированного фосфорного шлака. В смеситель загружают плотный крупный заполнитель (щебень или гравий) и мелкий заполнитель из гранулированного фосфорного шлака и часть воды с СДБ и перемешивают в течение 1,5 - 2,0 мин. При этом количество воды определ етс исход из водопоглощени заполнителей. Затем ввод т цемент и остальную воду затворени , в которую ввод т добавку - сточный продукт производства витамина Е. 1 табл.This invention relates to the technology of concrete and reinforced concrete products on slag aggregates with additives. It is aimed at improving the workability and non-separability of the concrete mix, as well as the strength of concrete on a fine aggregate of granular phosphorus slag. The amount of water is determined by the water absorption of the aggregates. Then, cement and the rest of the mixing water are introduced, into which the additive, a waste product of vitamin E production, is introduced. Table 1.
