Целью изобретени вл етс повышение прочности при сжатии при 20°С асфальтобетона на основе битумно-каучукового в жущего. Сланцевое масло, отходы каучука и катализатора перемешивают при 130°С и подаче воздуха до полного растворени каучука. Затем в смесь добавл ют триэтаноламин и продолжают процесс в течение 2 ч.
