Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  получени  многослойных трубчатых изделий из порошков экструзией. Цель изобретени  - повышение качества изделий за счет уменьшени  взаимопроникновени  слоев. В устройстве, состо щем из корпуса 1, к торцам которого крепитс  матрица 2 и крышка подшипника 3, установлен шнек 4, винтова  поверхность которого выполнена ступенчатой и содержит три участка с одинаковым диаметром впадин витков и увеличивающимис  по ходу экструзии дл  каждого из участков наружными диаметрами. На шнеке закреплено зубчатое колесо 6, соедин ющеес  с приводом. Устройство содержит также оправку 7. Загрузка каждой ступени осуществл етс  принудительно шнековыми механизмами 8 - 10. При перемещении порошка в канале шнека уменьшаетс  сдвиг и осуществл етс  перемешивание слоев порошка, за счет чего обеспечиваетс  четка  граница между сло ми издели  и достигаетс  повышение качества. 2 ил.. 1 табл. &The invention relates to devices for producing multilayer tubular articles from extrusion.
