Пресс содержит цилиндрический корпус 1 с мундштуком и с оболочкой 2, имеющей привод в виде зубчатой передачи 3, 10 редуктора 4, двигателя 5. С оболочкой 2 соединена насадка в виде винтовых лопастей 6 посредством рычага 7 с крепежными элементами 8. Корпус 1 выполнен с Г- и W-образными выступами 9 и 10, являющимися направляющими для лопастей 6. В верхней части корпуса 1 размещены приспособления для загрузки-бункера 11 и 12. Оболочка 2 закреплена на корпусе 1 посредством опор 13.
