Поставленна цель обеспечиваетс тем, что выкраивают слизисто-надкостничный лоскут, трепанируют переднюю стенку гайморовой полости, формируют костный трансплантат, закрывают соустье костным трансплантатом и ушивают рану, при этом соустье перекрывают трансплантатом, перемещенным с передней стенки полости на м гкотканной ножке, выкроенной из тканей лоскута с основанием, к скулоальвеол рному гребню.
