Затем отслаивают слизисто -надкостничный лоскут, удал ют зубные отложени с поверхности корн , гранул ционную ткань из костного кармана с внутренней поверхности лоскута, образующего стенку кармана . После этого лоскут перемещают в костный карман, закрывают им обнаженную костную поверхность кармана и фиксируют его в этом положении иодформным тампоном или кетгутовыми щвами.
