The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy and can be used in the processing of copper sulphide raw materials to blister copper.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the amount of processed gold when converting gold-containing quartz flux and increasing the degree of slag depletion.
0,50%.Example. After blowing matte received 40 tons of blister copper. Before discharging the blister copper from the converter, 3 tons of unbaked limestone were fed to a calm bath. Made copper out of the converter. In the dialing mode, 3 matte buckets were taken to the converter and purged. In order to slag the burned-out iron, the matte was filed as a flux of 5m of Quartz ore. To opshak additional amount of CaO, an additional 3 tons of quartz gold-bearing ore was supplied. 3 slag ladles were poured with a CaO content of 4% and poured into a reflective furnace. Before the slag was poured into the reflective furnace, the CaO content in the slag of the reflective furnace was 5%, the copper content was 0.53%. After pouring, the CaO content in the slag of the reflective furnace was 5.5%, the copper content was 0.50%.
Thus, limestone loading in an amount of from 2 to 10% by weight of blister copper ensures the preparation of calcium flux for smelting. This allows the subsequent set of matte to convert to accept more gold ore and obtain additional gold products.
Добавка оксида кальци позвол ет получить более технологичные дл последующего обеднени шлака и тем самым повысить степень обеднени .The addition of calcium oxide makes it possible to obtain more processable materials for the subsequent slag depletion and thereby increase the degree of depletion.
