Abstract
(ЛThis invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics. The purpose of the invention is to provide the possibility of active pinching. To this end, the tendon of the worm-shaped muscle of the finger of the ulnar side of the crevice is isolated and cut off at the level of the middle third of the main phalanx. Similarly, the tendon of the wormlike finger of the radial side of the crevice is isolated and cut off at the level of the middle third of the main phalanx. Then the proximal ends of the tendons of the worm-shaped muscles are fixed to the distal ends of the same tendons of the opposite fingers. The method allows these fingers to keep the muscles in constant motion from the discrepancy in the postoperative period without additional fixation, to keep the fingers of the cleft area 1 in the correct position, to improve the cosmetic effect of the treatment. 113The invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics.
The aim of the invention is the possibility of active pinching.
The method is carried out as follows.
At the approach of the fiery bones and their joining, a partially cleaved fragment of the flesh bone is separated by the tendons of the wormlike finger on the ulnar side of the cleft and cut off at the level of the middle third of the main phalanx. In a similar way, the tendon of the wormlike finger of the radial side of the cleft is isolated and cut off at the middle of the third main phalanx. Then, the proximal ends of the wormlike tendons are clamped to the distal ends of the same tendons of the opposite fingers.
When applying the proposed method without additional fixation, it is possible to keep the fingers of the cleft area in the correct position, keeping these fingers constant from discrepancies in the postoperative period, the correct axis of the fingers significantly improves the cosmetic result of the treatment, the transplanted fingers allow the cleft area to be actively reduced.
