Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к травматологии и ортопедии дл устранени деформации пальца в виде "лебединой шеи". Целью изобретени вл етс восстановление функции пальца за счет устранени разгибательной контрактуры в проксимальном межфаланговом суставе. Поставленна цель достигаетс за счет Z-образного рассечени средней порции сухожильно-апоневротического раст жени вместе с треугольными св зками, сгибани пальца в проксимальном межфаланговом сочленении с фиксацией его трансартикул рно.The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics for eliminating deformity of a finger in the form of a "swan neck". The aim of the invention is to restore the function of the finger by eliminating the extensor contracture in the proximal interphalangeal joint. This goal is achieved by Z-shaped dissection of the middle portion of the tendon-aponeurotic stretch together with the triangular ligaments, flexing the finger in the proximal interphalangeal articulation, fixing it transarticularly.

Под местным или внутривенным обезболиванием тыльным полуовальным разрезом обнажают область проксимального межфалангового сустава. На уровне дис- тальной трети основной фаланги среднюю ножку сухожильно-апоневротического раст жени косо пересекают. Далее от концов косого разреза продольно рассекают треугольные св зки с одной стороны в дисталь- ном, а с другой стороны - в проксимальном направлени х. Таким образом, в целом получаетс Z-образный разрез. Трансартикул рна фиксаци спицей проксимального межфалангового сустава. Гипсова иммобилизаци не примен лась . Спица удалена через 3 недели и начата ЛФК и тепловое лечение на палец. Осмотрена через 3 мес. Деформации нет, полна функци пальца.Example. Sick A., 40 years.
