Description
This invention relates specifically to traumatology. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cure due to the fact that during the first 10 days the daily dose of ascorbic acid and thiamine brp of the Foreign Ministry is taken once and administered parenterally 2 times a day in 10 hours. The method is carried out as follows: first 10 days ascorbic acid and thiomin bro ™ MFA are administered to the patients in a daily dose of parenteral. but 2 times a day after h. After the next 20 days. The daily dose of the indicated vitamins is administered once a day, and during the entire period of treatment, complex treatment is carried out using potassium orotate. The results of treatment are judged according to the data of clinical X-ray and biochemical studies. Example. Patient B., 57 years old mechanic, was taken to the clinic with diabetes: closed comminuted fracture of the upper third of the bones of the left goal or fragments displaced. Upon admission to the hospital from

пов зкой.crepitus debris, pathological mobility in the upper third of the left tibia. After damage to the nature of the fracture by means of rantgenological examination and appropriate anesthesia, manual reposition (straightening) of fragments and immobilization of the left tibia with a deep deep plaster longue are performed. bandage.
In order to accelerate the healing of bone fractures, the patient is treated by the proposed method: in the first 10 days. after the fracture, 5 ml of a 5% ascorbic acid solution and an i sh solution of thiamine bromide, 2 times a day after 10 hours, are injected intracutaneously in the next 20 days. 5 mg of ascorbic acid solution and 1 ml of 6% thiamine bromide solution were administered once a day. Orota potassium 0.5 g 3 times a day, the patient takes orally for 1 h before meals for 30 days
In the course of treatment, regular dynamic observation of the patient, research of laboratory analyzes of blood, urine and other biochemical analyzes are carried out.
Radiographically after 20 days. after fracture, the formation of a good bone callus connecting the ends of bone fragments is noted.
In 30 days after the fracture on the repeated control radiograph, further consolidation of the periosteal and endosteal callus in the left bone fracture zone is noted
Больной был вьшисан на амбулаторное лечениеlower leg The patient was enrolled for outpatient treatment.
The patient began to walk without crutches after 2 months. after fracture. Radiographically after 3 months 20 days. after the fracture a complete healing of the fracture is noted with the complete disappearance of the line of fracture of the bones of the left tibia, he began to work in the main profession after 3 months. 20 di. after fracture of the bones of the left leg.
