Abstract
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the operation and reduce the time of treatment due to the early development of the joint in the process of fixation. Under local anesthesia, two spokes are held with stop pads towards one another and in the same plane. A needle from the acromion process of the scapula is inserted into the collarbone from the bottom up. The needle goes through the acromiae of the clavicle from top to bottom. Fix them among themselves from two sides in spoke clips. Fixation is carried out for 21 days in fresh cases and for 29-31 days with old ones. Throughout the fixation period, the patient may engage in physical therapy.

00 The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the operation and shorten the treatment time due to the early development of the joint during the fixation process. The method is carried out as follows. Under local anesthesia, two spokes are carried out with an electric drill with stop pads against each other and in the same plane. The needle from the acromion process of the scapula is inserted into the collarbone from the bottom up, then the additional needle is passed through the acromial end of the clavicle from top to bottom and fixed between them on both sides in spoke clips. Places of an entrance and an exit of spokes obkladygat sterile balls. The fixation is carried out for 21 days in the fresh cases and 29-31 in the old ones. The patient can occupy physical therapy during the whole procedure. The method makes it possible to reduce the treatment time for 1-2 weeks, the claims of the invention. The method of treating the acromioclavicular articulation joints is by fixing a needle with a fixed platform through the acromial bone process of the scapula with subsequent fixation in the external fixation device and with the fact that, in order to simplify the operation and shorten the treatment time due to the early development, In the process of fixation, the knitting needle from the acromion process of the scapula is inserted into the clavicle from bottom to top, then an additional needle is held through the acromia from the top of the clavicle from top to bottom and fixed between each other on both sides.
