DO 1 The invention relates to medicine, namely to physical methods of treatment, and can be used in devices for massage. The aim of the invention is the elimination of adverse reactions of regional hemodynamics. The method is implemented as follows. The 2nd harmonic of the natural frequency of the patient's cardiovascular (cardi) system is determined by the Rheographic data obtained after applying a series of vibratory impacts with frequencies of 16-32 Hz in 2-Hz increments, amplitude 4 mm, duration 2 minutes average speed of maximum pulse blood frequency, frequency obtained in this way: set at the source of oscillations with the help of a tuning organ, and vibration is performed at this frequency in the usual way. Example. Patient St; shoulder muscle group. Trial vibrations were carried out in the range of 10-36 Hz 32 with a step of 2 Hz. The interval between the individual vibrations was at least 1 day. The time of each vibration test was chosen equal to 2 minutes. Before and after each trial vibroexposure, registration of rheograms was carried out. According to the rheographic data, using a graph-analytical method, it was determined that the intrinsic frequency of the patient's cardiovascular system is 12, the second is its harmonic 24. A massage was performed at a frequency of 24 Hz. After the massage, the hemodynamic parameters presented in the table were obtained. All hemodynamic parameters simultaneously adopted the optimal positive effect of the application of the proposed massage method. Moreover, studies have shown that the use of natural frequencies always produces a unidirectional positive effect. Thus, the proposed method of massage allows to eliminate the side reactions of regional hemodynamics.
