На каждом резьбовом стержне 2 попарно установлены П-образно изогнутые спицы 5, заостренные с одной стороны, а с другой имеющие направл ющую втулку дл  установки на стержне 2. Спицы 5 фиксируютс  гайками, размещенными по обе стороны каждой втулки. При зат гивании гаек 11 обеспечиваетс  компресси  костных отломков, что позвол ет обходитьс  без дополнительной иммобилизации в виде гипсовой лангеты и осуществл ть сгибательно-разгибательные движени  в коленном суставе в процессе лечени . 4 ил.This invention relates to medicine and is intended for the treatment of patella fractures.
