Цель изобретени - снижение числа рецидивов и сокращение сроков лечени . Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что, согласно способу лечени хронических сальпингоофоритов с невралгией тазовых нервов путем воздействи вибрацией на биологически активные точки с частотой 50-100 Гц и амплитудой 0,3-0,5 мм, провод т воздействие вибрацией общеукрепл ющей точки и точки 6 МР ежедневно и одновременно провод т воздействие вибрацией с увеличением длительности воздействи с 5 до 15 мин на третьей и последующих процедурах , на сегментарные точки 31 В и 33 В, на курс 8-15 процедур. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом . Пальпаторно и с помощью электродерматометра определ ют точки акупунктуры 31 В, 33 В, 6 МР и 36 М на больной стороне , при двухстороннем сальпингоофорите на стороне с более выраженным болевым синдромом и накладывают на них вибраторы (фиксируют их с помощью эластичных бинтов). Включают вибраторы и производ т вибрационное воздействие на эти точки с частотой 100 Гц, амплитудой 0,3-0,5 мм, площадь наконечника каждого вибратора 1 мм. На точки 36 М и 6МР воздействуют ежедневно по 5 мин. На точки 31В и ЗЗВ провод т воздействие вибрацией одновременно с увеличением длительности воздействи с 5 до 15 мин на третьей и последующих процедурах. Вставать с кушетки рекомендуетс через 3-5 мин, затем в течение 1-1,5 ч отдых. Процедуры провод т ежедневно , на курс 8-15 процедур.
