Claims (1)

Способ хирургического лечения коксартроза при деформации головки бедра, включающий межвертельную остеотомию с медиализацией бедра до формирования разгрузочного упора в тазовую кость и остеосинтез его фрагментов аппаратом наружной фиксации, отличающийся тем, что в межвертельной области выполняют в нисходящем направлении косую остеотомию бедренной кости, затем, ротируя остеотомированный фрагмент наружу и внутрь, его медиализируют и низводят до упора под нижний край вертлужной впадины, а в надмыщелковой области выполняют коррегирующую остеотомию бедра и одномоментно приводят дистальный фрагмент до нормокоррекции биомеханической оси нижней конечности.A method for the surgical treatment of coxarthrosis in case of deformity of the femoral head, including intertrochanteric osteotomy with medialization of the femur until the discharge stop is formed in the pelvic bone and osteosynthesis of its fragments by an external fixation device, characterized in that the oblique osteotomy of the femur is performed in the descending region in the downward direction, then the fragment outward and inward, it is medialized and brought down to the stop under the lower edge of the acetabulum, and in the supracondylar region, corrective th osteotomy of the femur and simultaneously lead the distal fragment to normal correction of the biomechanical axis of the lower limb.
