Claims (1)

Способ изготовления периклазоуглеродистых огнеупоров, содержащих связующее фенольное порошкообразное, путем смешивания периклазосодержащего материала фр. 3-1 мм с жидким связующим, затем с периклазосодержащим материалом фр. 1-0 мм и углеродистым компонентом, введения в полученную смесь тонкодисперсной составляющей, содержащей антиоксидант и окончательного перемешивания всех компонентов, отличающийся тем, что тонкодисперсную составляющую приготавливают путем предварительного смешивания тонкомолотого периклазосодержащего материала одновременно со связующим фенольным порошкообразным и антиоксидантом в соотношении (65-75): (15-20): (10-15).A method of manufacturing periclase-carbon refractories containing a phenolic powder binder by mixing periclase-containing material fr. 3-1 mm with a liquid binder, then with periclase-containing material fr. 1-0 mm and a carbon component, introducing into the resulting mixture a finely divided component containing an antioxidant and finally mixing all the components, characterized in that the finely divided component is prepared by pre-mixing the finely ground periclase-containing material simultaneously with a phenolic powder and antioxidant binder in the ratio (65-75) : (15-20): (10-15).
