Claims (1)

Способ получения сажи, включающий сжигание топлива с воздухом, подачу аксиального потока углеводородного сырья и двух коаксиальных потоков кислородсодержащего газа, термическое разложение сырья в продуктах горения топлива с образованием сажегазовых продуктов, термообработку их при 1450 - 1550oC в течение 0,2 - 0,5 с, закалку до 600 -700oC и отделение сажи от газовых продуктов, отличающихся тем, что сажегазовые продукты после термообработки охлаждают до 800 - 1100oC путей подачи воды и осуществляют активацию поверхности сажи в течение 0,1 - 1,5 с.A method of producing soot, including burning fuel with air, supplying an axial flow of hydrocarbon feed and two coaxial flows of oxygen-containing gas, thermal decomposition of the feed in the combustion products of the fuel to form carbon black products, heat treating them at 1450 - 1550 o C for 0.2 - 0, 5 s, quenching up to 600 -700 o C and separation of soot from gas products, characterized in that the gas-and-gas products after heat treatment are cooled to 800 - 1100 o C of water supply paths and the soot surface is activated for 0.1 - 1.5 s .
